Full-Service Customer Support
Alliance’s full-service customer support is turn-key, meaning that we organize everything and start serving guests as soon as our client’s hotel booking engine goes live. We save our clients the trouble of setting up a call center and staffing it.
Included in the free full-service customer support is a generic 800 number or local number guests can call for support. Calls to those numbers are answered with an agnostic greeting (unbranded) from 9 am to 11 pm EST. We also offer email support during normal business hours.

Add-on Customer Service Features
For an added fee, we offer Alliance Advantage service. This includes a dedicated number that is staffed 24 hours per day. This line is answered with a client-branded greeting. Alliance Advantage Plus includes all of this plus prioritized answering service and booking confirmation.

White-Label Customer Service
For hotel booking engine clients who would like to provide customer service in-house, we offer our customer service platform. This platform is integrated with our hotel booking engine to ensure fast, streamlined support. We provide training on the system and are always available for questions. Alliance also acts as a second tier of customer service for more complicated questions.
